We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information once we ship your order. This email will include a link to track your package's progress.

Orders are processed weekdays (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays.

Due to fast processing, changes are not possible once your order is confirmed. This includes modifying the delivery address.

If there's a sizing issue, we offer exchanges. To avoid extra delivery costs, please carefully review the sizing information before placing your order.

All our items have Brawlete tags. Please make sure these tags are still attached for your exchange to be processed.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, we'll notify you by email with a new delivery timeframe. You can also check the updated date in your order details.

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at [email protected]. We'll promptly look into the matter with the

delivery service and keep you updated on the progress.

If you weren't available for your delivery, please get in touch with us. To avoid inconveniencing the delivery person, please try to be present for future deliveries.
